Our central office is in Brighton and we also have an office in Horsham. Our solicitors are happy to travel to meet clients in the South East of England if they are unable to attend at one of our offices. We also have consulting rooms in Chancery Lane, Central London and can arrange a meeting for you with our solicitors at this location if more convenient for you.
Our working approach
We are extremely accessible to clients and adopt a flexible and positive approach to our work.
We work as a team and you will normally have at least two lawyers working on your case. This means that a someone that is familiar with your case should always be available to speak to you during office hours. Retained clients will also have their solicitor’s mobile telephone number for emergency contact out of office hours.
We believe in working quickly and efficiently and produce high quality work. If you contact us with a query we aim to respond within a working day; we understand how frustrating it is for clients waiting for their solicitors to return a message and aim to reduce this source of stress for you.
We believe in providing our clients with a high quality and personal legal service which is reflected in our repeat business and referalls from happy clients.
Why retain our services for legal advice, assistance and representation?
Benefits for retained clients:
- Can speak to their solicitor during evenings, public holidays and at weekends;
- A team of specialist solicitors;
- Fixed fee agreements help you plan your finances in advance without threat of an unexpected bill for legal fees
Payment options
We have found that clients prefer to pay on an agreed “fixed fee” basis. This means that clients will know how much they will spend in advance and can plan financially. Depending on the type of your case we may also be able to work on a conditional fee agreement. Please contact us to see how we can help you.
We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
